Hitomi Saito is an Assistant Professor at University of Tokyo, Department of Ophthalmology. She received her medical degree and PhD in Medicine from the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Medicine. She has been dedicated to glaucoma research over the years and is a board member of the Japan Glaucoma Society, the Japan Imaging and Perimetry Society and is on the Associate Advisory Board of the World Glaucoma Association. Her main research interests are OCT angiography in myopic eyes and exploring the deep optic nerve head morphology of myopic and glaucomatous eyes.
